Nathaniel G. Shell, EMT, is the Founder and CEO of Code Blue CPR Services, LLC. What began as a passion for teaching lifesaving skills has grown into a nationwide network of instructors, training sites, and healthcare partnerships.
With years of experience as an instructor, faculty, and American Heart Association Training Center Director, Nathaniel has trained thousands of students across multiple industries—including healthcare systems, nursing facilities, schools, and corporate organizations. His dedication to quality education, compliance, and innovation has positioned Code Blue CPR Services as a trusted leader in CPR and emergency training.
Beyond his role as a business owner, Nathaniel is also a EMT, bringing real-world emergency experience into every class. His vision is simple: empower individuals and organizations with the confidence and skills to save lives.
Caitlynn Myers serves as a Training Center Administrator and Instructor Faculty at Code Blue CPR Services, LLC. With a passion for education and a strong commitment to quality, Caitlynn plays a key role in supporting both instructors and students throughout their certification journey.
As a Training Center Administrator, she oversees scheduling, compliance, and instructor support, ensuring that every course meets the highest standards set by the American Heart Association. In her role as Instructor Faculty, Caitlynn also mentors and develops new instructors, helping them gain the confidence and skills needed to teach life-saving courses effectively.
Her dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and supportive leadership make her an essential part of the Code Blue CPR Services team. Caitlynn’s mission is clear: to build strong, confident instructors and create a positive training experience for every student.
Courses are led or overseen by AHA/ARC-certified instructors, whether in-house or part of the official network
Participants receive official certification cards (or e-cards) Same-Day!
Courses are available onsite at workplaces, scheduled for convenience, and include instructor-level training for ongoing growth.
